Our in-house executive workshops are designed to give an organisation's leaders and managers the information they need to make an informed decision about whether they may wish to proceed with a balanced scorecard program. The workshops are facilitated by a Senior Associate and last from two to four hours. Following the workshop, the Associate is available to help the client develop a customised plan for developing a balanced scorecard system if the client so chooses.

We will come to your site to provide this "get acquainted" workshop on the balanced scorecard and how it might be able to assist your organisation. Your senior staff will have ample opportunities to discuss options, practical issues and the special needs of your organisation. The workshop can be specifically tailored to address your current issues and can be scheduled at a convenient time for your people.

Conducive training facilities for a maximum number of 15 students are available at our Balanced Scorecard House situated in Karen area for out-of-office session to avoid the usual in-company interruptions.
